El deseo ( The wish). Video installation. Variable dimensions 2014.
The work is presented as a vertical or ascending line of monitors with the same video, they show the action of catching an invisible matter. It is a color video and does not have sound. The ideal way to present the monitors is on a vertical and high wall.
Each monitor is hanged one on top of the other separated by 5 to 10 cm each. The idea is related to the desire of own and how our goals are changing its objects every time. When something is ours, we are challenge to own a new desire. In my opinion, things become invisible. In our minds, from the moment we own the things we wanted automatically start new desires.
